Capital Fund supports the solar energy growth for Redwood Coast Medical Services, Inc. (RCMS) In Gualala, CA. RCMS has played an integral role in the community and has a track record of developing programs to meet stated community needs.
The RCMS Urgent Care Department is one of only a few clinics in California that is designated as an Interim Stabilization Facility which allows the health center to receive ambulatory transport. Additionally, RCMS’s service area is designated as a Rural Frontier Medical Service Study Area.
Redwood Coast Medical Services is installing a solar microgrid with a backup battery to enhance energy reliability, reduce long term costs, and support sustainable healthcare operations, which is critical to their mission of providing uninterrupted care.
