At Capital Fund, we believe that access to high-quality, community-based healthcare begins with a strong infrastructure. We work hand-in-hand with our technical assistance affiliate Capital Link, as an integrated team to deliver innovative, mission-driven financing solutions that help Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and similar nonprofit health providers grow and thrive.
Together, we have supported health centers across the country to expand their capacity, modernize their facilities, and ultimately reach countless individuals and families who rely on community-based care.

Capital Fund provided a crucial $3.6 million loan to us in March of 2026. The loan was used to refinance a short-term construction loan that was maturing and that we couldn’t finance from our cash reserves.
Their support was essential in helping us attain a sustainable cashflow for the new clinic. The clinic features 39 patient rooms, a state-of-the-art mammography suite, OB/GYN, pediatrics, family medicine, internal medicine, laboratory, dental health, podiatry, eye care, behavioral health, nutritionist services with a goal to serve 42,000 patients per year.
