We are pleased to announce the closing of two new loans that provide a combined $4 million in lending capital to support community health centers and strengthen access to essential care.
HSBC Provides $3 Million in Lending Capital
At the end of July, HSBC funded a $3 million loan to expand the capital available for lending to health centers. This new funding will help provide flexible financing resources that health centers can use to advance their missions and respond to the needs of the communities they serve.
Cambridge Savings Bank Provides $1 Million Through the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston
At the beginning of July, Cambridge Savings Bank provided a $1 million loan through the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston. The transaction adds another source of lending capital to help health centers pursue projects and investments that support expanded access to care.
Building Capacity for Health Center Financing
Together, these two closings demonstrate the important role financial partners play in expanding the resources available to community health centers. We are grateful to HSBC and Cambridge Savings Bank for their partnership and commitment to supporting the health center sector. With this additional capital, we can continue helping health centers secure the financing they need to grow, improve facilities, and deliver high-quality care in their communities.
